2024-25 Impact Report

In 2024–2025, Be What You See continued to drive real behaviour change across the UK. We are pleased to share our second Impact Report, looking back at the training, partnerships and measurable impact we delivered between September 2024 and August 2025.​

In the 2024-2025 year, Be What You See...

  • Delivered 6,210 hours of Active Bystander learning across the NHS, education, cultural, community and youth sectors;

  • Trained over 1,135 individuals to recognise, challenge and respond to workplace discrimination.  

The impact of the training is evidenced by participant feedback. Following the training:  

  • 99% had an improved understanding of workplace discrimination;

  • 98% had increased confidence recognising microaggressions;

  • 96% had increased confidence challenging microaggressions; 

  • 98% were confident in using the 5 intervention techniques;

  • 99% were prepared to ace when witnessing discrimination.
