Theory of Change (ToC)

WHAT WE OFFER
Our Theory of Change (ToC) workshops support organisations to understand their ambitions for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) work.

The session will start with either discussing your existing EDI strategy or exploring with your team what changes they want to see in your workplace to be more inclusive and accessible.
​
From there, we introduce the framework and discuss what short-term and long-term goals you can set to make effective progress on your strategy and ambitions.
OUTCOMES & DELIVERY
Through the workshop you will:

Discover Theory of Change and how it can be applied to your workplace

Identify EDI goals and outcomes for your organisation

Identify actionable steps to reach your EDI goals to create your desired change
-
Create at least one Theory of Change as a team so you leave with something tangible to take forward straight away
We can deliver the training in person at any of your offices across the UK. The standard delivery is half a day, but we can offer an extended day session to go further into Theory of Change at your organisation.


TARGET AUDIENCE
This session is aimed at leaders and managers or staff with EDI responsibilities. Typically it is delivered to up to 15 participants.

We can deliver to larger groups but this may incur an additional charge.
