Anti-Racism Training
WHAT WE OFFER
Our Anti-racism Training will give your team the knowledge and confidence to recognise and challenge racism. It will help staff to build inclusive practice for, and break down the barriers experienced by, staff and service users who have experienced racism in the workplace.

​Our 1 day course builds the groundwork for meaningful change through our intensive one-day programme that explores the fundamentals of racial literacy and examines the historical context of racism. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how racism manifests in both the workplace and broader society, while learning practical strategies for becoming an Active Bystander who can effectively challenge and dismantle racist behaviours and systems.

Our 2 day course introduces proven practices and actionable approaches for building inclusive workplaces. This comprehensive programme provides teams with the opportunity to critically examine existing organisational policies and procedures, offering practical guidance on strengthening these frameworks to better support global majority staff and service users while fostering an environment of equity and belonging.
OUTCOMES & DELIVERY
Through the 2-day in-person workshop you will:

Explore the role of an Active Bystander in challenging and dismantling racism in the workplace

Acquire practical skills and approaches for creating an anti-racist and inclusive environment for staff

The full training takes place over 2 days, but we can offer a one-day session that focuses on the introductory elements. The second session can then be booked later if desired to cover the advanced learning. 
TARGET AUDIENCE
Our training is open to all members of a team and we can deliver it to up to 15 staff. ​

We can deliver to larger groups but this may incur an additional charge.
