Anti-Racism Training
WHAT WE OFFER
Our Anti-racism Training will give your team the knowledge and confidence to recognise and challenge racism. It will help staff to build inclusive practice for, and break down the barriers experienced by, staff and service users who have experienced racism in the workplace.

​Our training course builds the groundwork for meaningful change, exploring the fundamentals of racial literacy and examining the historical context of racism. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how racism manifests in both the workplace and broader society, while learning practical strategies for becoming an Active Bystander who can effectively challenge and dismantle racist behaviours and systems.

We introduce proven practices and actionable approaches for building inclusive workplaces. Our training provides teams with the opportunity to critically examine existing organisational policies and procedures, offering practical guidance on strengthening these frameworks to better support global majority staff and service users while fostering an environment of equity and belonging.
OUTCOMES & DELIVERY

TARGET AUDIENCE
Our training is open to all members of a team and we can deliver it to up to 15 staff. ​
