ABOUT
Our Adults' programme is focused on equipping your Champions with the understanding and confidence required to challenge discrimination and implement positive change. This is with an end goal of the Champions delivering sessions to their wider teams to share learning and create a truly inclusive working environment that expands your organisation's EDI responsibilities and projects. The Champions will receive training in Anti-Racism, LGBTQIA+ awareness, Neurodiversity awareness and the role of Active Bystanders. This training is tailored to the sector that your organisation sits within. They will then work with the Be What You See Team to transform this learning into sessions they will deliver to your organisation.
