Neurodiversity Inclusion

WHAT WE OFFER
Our Neurodiversity Inclusion workshop has been developed by Be What You See's (BWYS) CEO, Catherine Millan, drawing on her lived experienced as a leader with ADHD and dyslexia and working with other BWYS facilitators experienced in neurodiversity training and delivery. This dual perspective - as both someone who benefits from workplace adjustments and a CEO fostering inclusive environments - brings an authentic, practical approach to supporting neurodivergent employees.

The session equips managers and staff to identify workplace barriers, discover proven strategies, and implement actionable tools within their teams.
