Be What

EMPOWERING PEOPLE TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION AND CREATE INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENTS
WHO WE ARE
Be What You See Consultancy is an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training company.

Our team's careers span EDI, Education, the Third and Commercial sectors meaning we have the experience and knowledge needed to design and deliver high-quality training packages with real impact.

All our packages include Anti-Racism, LGBTQIA+ awareness, Neurodiversity awareness and Active Bystander training. Our EDI Champions programmes come with Train the Trainer elements to ensure our programmes are more than just a tick box exercise. What makes us unique is that we equip adults and young people with the knowledge, skills and tools to reduce discrimination. We then support them to champion this in their workplace and communities.
Equality is a fundamental human right and a core value for our society
True equality means that everyone should be treated fairly —without fear of facing discrimination — in all aspects of life. This includes the right to equal access under the law to:

-
Resources
-
Opportunities
-
Protection

Equality helps to create a society where everyone can reach their full potential, regardless of their background or identity. We must strive to build an equitable society where everyone can participate and contribute towards a brighter future.
WHAT WE DO
Be What You See delivers culture-shifting training programmes that upskill participants on how to recognise and challenge problematic behaviour. We then equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to create accessible and inclusive environments.

Delivering our EDI Champions Programme to individuals: young people through their school/college and employees through their organisation. We also deliver bespoke training and consultancy work with organisations.
WHY WE DO IT
Be What You See wants to create a world where hate and discrimination is not tolerated. We recognise the importance of everyone understanding the true meaning of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI).

We believe EDI work is everyone's responsibility, and everyone has an active role to play in establishing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
