ABOUT

Through this interactive session, participants will learn how to articulate goals and outcomes, map causal pathways, develop measurement strategies, and use the framework for strategic planning and evaluation. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the skills and knowledge to effectively utilise the Theory of Change framework to drive positive change and achieve their organisation’s desired outcomes. The intended learning outcomes are: - Identify Goals and Outcomes: Participants will learn how to articulate the goals and desired outcomes of a strategy/initiative in a systematic manner. - Map Pathways of Change: Participants will acquire skills to identify and map the causal pathways through which activities and interventions can lead to the desired outcomes of their strategies and contribute to organisational targets. - Strategic Planning: Participants will be able to use the Theory of Change framework to inform strategic decision-making and prioritise activities and resources.
